E9A is comprised of its two founders, architects Francesca Bellabona and Luca Soprani, who have been working in both architectural design and construction since the early 2000s. The firm's key figures, all graduates in architecture or engineering, are involved in projects with senior management roles from the earliest stages, establishing a relationship of dialogue, trust, and collaboration with consultants, interdisciplinary teams, and all stakeholders.
